Excellent experience from check in, to evaluation, to discharge.
I had been trying to figure out how to help my dad get his hearing aides fixed because hearing is such an important part of life. I called Bluegrass and they had answers for me and now he is able to interact with family again. Staff is very personable and helpful. Thankful we found them.
The staff is beyond amazing. I had to reschedule my appointment due to being sick and it was promptly rescheduled without issues. My hearing aides at the appointment were cleaned and told I would be notified when parts for it is available since the mic area is muffled. Thank you Bluegrass Hearing
