I was very pleased with my visit. Dr. Junta was extremely helpful and took care of the problem I was having with my aids. I am considering cochlear implant surgery and she went into depth about the procedure. I would highly recommend Bluegrass Hearing Clunic.
THE WORST-Bluegrass Hearing was professional, understanding of the patients needs, the testing was though and accurate. Although once your contract has been fulfilled in which they neglect to tell you and scheduled an additional appointment. which they said that they cleaned and sanitized my hearing aids when actually I cleaned and sanitized my hearing aids before I arrived for my appointment. Always a pleasant experience. Courteous and professional staff. Office decor is neat, calming and refreshing.
My visit to check and clean my hearing aids and install latest updates was very quick. The staff were very courteous and professional. I recommend them highly!
