Very knowledgeable and great service
Great staff who are very polite and professional!
My visit to Bluegrass Hearing was fantastic. I hadn’t used my almost “brand new” hearing aids in over a year - long story. I thought they would be a bit angry with me about not using my hearing aids, but they were kind, friendly, and very professional. They recalibrated them, gave me a tutorial (because I forgot some of the steps in taking care of them) as well as giving me a new hearing test and explanation of the results.
