This guy Kevin helped me and he was awesome, rode a dyna and a real Harley guy, just gave me a bunch of knowledge instead of bad sales pitches, great guy go see him
I purchased a 2012 triglide 15 days ago and i still dont have it. I went today to pick up and found out No one was working on the bike. They were all working on other bikes. Which is what I've been thinking throughout this whole process. The more I think about the more disappointed and upset I get. This is getting ridiculous. 4 days okay, a week maybe but half a month later I don't have my bike I get home and find the bill in my mailbox for the 1st month's payment (Salt in the Wound) and I still don't have the bike. Took my ‘24 RG3 in for routine maintenance and look into a couple of upgrades. Jake in the service department met me when I got there and listened to what I was wanting to do with the bike. He took the time to go over ideas, let me see different options, and explain what could be done. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I’m very satisfied with Jake’s help, and I highly recommend him if you’re getting work done on your bike.
