This place is one of a kind when it comes to sales and service. From sales, finance, service and parts they aren’t joking when they say welcome to the family. I won’t spend my money at any other dealership. 100/10
Before Bluegrass Harley-Davidson comes up with another excuse trying to defend themselves and their “reputation” here’s my shot at trying to swing you away from their business. If you are looking for metric bikes or even HD, I would strongly recommend going to HD of Louisville. Bluegrass Harley, has zero respect and will judge you for your style. From the moment I walked into Bluegrass Harley-Davidson, I was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. As a first-time motorcycle buyer and new rider, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jetta was absolutely amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She let me sit on several bikes to find what fit best and even had me try one of the Riding Academy bikes for my upcoming class, offering great coaching on shifting. The Staff at Bluegrass HD is amazing. They're personable and genuine. Recently purchased a new Road Glide. Jetta and her support team are amazing. Returned for a couple of parts to install. Jake, along with the rest of the amazing service team, are great to work with. They even entertain my constant banter of questions.
The experience was good but Harley Davidson needs to find a way to lower prices on the bikes but still keep the quality.
