We have toured Louisville distilleries with Chris in 2019 & 2020 and Chris is a master at customer service. He asks great questions in order to deliver the best experience possible to EVERYONE in the group. He has a great sense of humor, is patient and accommodating to a fault. Our evening was very special because of them! We celebrated our 43rd anniversary in Louisville and our driver, Todd, gave us a wonderful tour around town before dropping us at Jeff Ruby's for dinner. Then when he picked us up, he gave us a scenic ride back to motel. Thanks so much!

I had a great experience with Bluegrass from start to finish. I was in town with 10 girls for my bachelorette party and wanted to go to a few stops on the Bourbon Trail. I had never been to KY before and was nervous booking from afar but Chris put that to rest immediately. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible. I recently planned a trip to visit the Bourbon Trail with a group of 4. Chris at Bluegrass helped me plan my entire weekend itinerary, offering tips and suggestions, without even knowing if we would be booking with him or not. We hired Bluegrass Executive Transportation to take us along the Bourbon Trail for 10 hrs. We could not have asked for a better experience! I can't recommend enough the staff and services of Bluegrass Executive Transportation! Chris provided prompt communication and helpful recommendations throughout the booking process. Our tour of the bourbon trail went off flawlessly thanks to our phenomenal driver Todd.
