Very unprofessional dispatcher. Robert don't no how to dispatch. Miles are terrible. Short runs. Only average 1000 miles a week. Jim the safety director and Neal the recruiter are very helpful when you need something.

I was told drivers will be paid for every practical mile they drive. But unfortunately it's not true they pay zip code to zip code. I had 2 times breakdown. My first breakdown I spent 3:45 minutes they denied paying my detention n said we pay detention for over night. Few days later another breakdown 9:45 minutes spent waiting. Denied paying detention again. I had given em my 2 weeks notice 3 weeks ago.
