Love Dr.Smith and his PA’S He is a catering Dr and so are his Pa’s He is doing so much work in Versailles to help his patients.
Very poorly managed practice. Staff doesn't know which provider is in the office as any given time. Staff does not inform patient of appointments made for tests, procedures. Or specialists. Getting staff to make appointments is like asking for a million dollars. Getting an appointment is difficult. The front staff are rude if you question them They have too many patients, so they don't put much effort into customer service. The practice is all jumbled up like a big bowl of spaghetti.
