If you do not have a large support network, this organization is useless. They make a difficult situation more difficult for people with small families. They do not follow up on promises of support, they let the patient go without pain medication and ignore other health issues that arise. I cannot begin to explain the lack of support, empathy and additional problems they have caused my small family.

BCN was a gift to our family during my dad's hospice journey. Their 24/7 availability was so needed. We typically got very timely responses to all our questions and concerns, particularly as dad's time drew nearer. The nurses spent a lot of time with our family taking detailed updates on dad's condition, giving us plenty of time to ask questions, and understand how to best care for him. They were also a great support to use during a very heavy and difficult time. We are grateful they were part of our journey.

Having a family member that received services through B.C.N. I can say they offered kind, professional, empathetic care. Kim worked with us as a family to ensure the transition went smooth and we had all we needed. Nick brought the equipment that was ordered that same day. He set it up quickly and was very personable with us in understanding the equipment. The entire team was great from start to finish. I thank you all for the kind, compassionate and efficient care shown.

Bluegrass Care Navigators provided exceptional hospice care for my grandmother. She was under their care for about 5 months. They were compassionate and supportive of our family during this time.

I was blown away by the caring, competence and thoroughness of the BCN intake person and the staff who followed them when my mom passed in 2021, so I made a mental note to reach out to them when I retired to see if they needed help. Well I did and they did and I've been happily volunteering for 2 years now! The opportunity to be there at the end for someone who has no one else in this world is truly a sacred privilege.
