We recently rented chairs for a wedding from Bluegrass bridal. They were on time with delivery and brought more chairs out within a reasonable time frame when we called to tell them we had a few dozen chairs that were delivered broken. The chairs were plastic with a cardboard padded seat, so we were disappointed with the chair quality, and we were aftaid they wouldn't hold much weight. I had a wonderful experience at Bluegrass Bridal. The staff was very helpful, but not pushy. They allowed me to look around the store and then assisted when I began to try on and decide what dress to buy. I had found the exact dress at a different store and was elated to see Bluegrass had it priced almost $200 cheaper. They also helped me pick out my bridesmaids gowns and were very helpful suggesting styles for my girls. All 8 of my bridesmaids were also very pleased with the service and especially the prices.
