Not treated properly or by protocol in several ways and runs on a faulty foundation…beware. Switched office staff twice and computer system my short time there and that speaks. They will not allow makeup appointments for bad weather or sickness and ran out of medication several times too. They also billed two insurance companies for two months before caught. Could go on but please let this suffice and warn y’all. Not the best place if you are battling depression and fighting for life, amen. 🙏
I was a patient of this practice for medication management. I experienced significant delays in responses regarding a prescription issue, which resulted in interruption of my medication. My care was terminated without a completed transition to another provider. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this practice to others seeking consistent medication management.
I've never had a psych doc listen to me like Jo Elbert. I feel like I'm being heard for the 1st time since my journey began 10+ years ago. I knew there was the right doctor out there somewhere and I finally found that person. She doesn't sugarcoat anything but neither do I so it's a great fit.
