Absolutely love the staff. They are so friendly and very helpful with any request physicians or providers are very easy to talk to and down to earth HALEY BACK and Shaunna c
Not treated properly or by protocol in several ways and runs on a faulty foundation…beware. Switched office staff twice and computer system my short time there and that speaks. They will not allow makeup appointments for bad weather or sickness and ran out of medication several times too. They also billed two insurance companies for two months before caught. Could go on but please let this suffice and warn y’all. Not the best place if you are battling depression and fighting for life, amen. 🙏
I've been receiving mental health care for 30+ years. Without going into alot of details, after a few years of working with VUMC in Nashville TN with its air ambulance service Life Flight, I seen alot of Trauma than I'll ever mention. Brandy Franklin has provided me more help than ANY Dr in the USA. I work for a place that brings awareness to mental health and I recommend her each year to employees.
