This review is mainly for the provider Amy. She has cancelled our appointments twice now without notice so I take off work for these appointments jump on zoom and 10 minutes later she isn’t in. I call the office and she cancels leaves the appointment on there all day til appointment time.. absolutely do not recommend her!
I've been receiving mental health care for 30+ years. Without going into alot of details, after a few years of working with VUMC in Nashville TN with its air ambulance service Life Flight, I seen alot of Trauma than I ever care to mention. Haley Back has provided me more help than ANY Dr in the USA. I work for a place that brings awareness to mental health and I recommend her each year to employees. Doctor Back is a great doctor, she seems very caring and she will actually set and listen to your problems. (Being just thrown out of a doctor before I met her with absolutely no meds and a clinic that could careless if I died) I had nowhere to turn, so I called spero health and got advice on what to do, and mind kynd is where they sent me. Now I am on the right track to a better life. They work so well together, helping each other to help us! Keep up the great work y'all!! 😍😘
I absolutely love the staff here. My only regret is not discovering this place before now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Not treated properly or by protocol in several ways and runs on a faulty foundation…beware. Switched office staff twice and computer system my short time there and that speaks. They will not allow makeup appointments for bad weather or sickness and ran out of medication several times too. They also billed two insurance companies for two months before caught. Could go on but please let this suffice and warn y’all. Not the best place if you are battling depression and fighting for life, amen. 🙏
