We called Bluegrass Auto Repair first thing this morning when they opened to see about getting my car looked at. They were able to get us in immediately and had the car fixed by early afternoon. The staff was very helpful and honest. My husband and I definitely appreciate the efficiency in service we received today. We will definitely be back in the future.
Ross and his crew are SO efficient and performs the work in a very timely manner. Was very good at explaining what the problem was and what they did to fix it.
My truck was leaking a lot of break fluid, every shop in town had a two day wait to even look at it. I don't have a second vehicle, these guys got me in that morning and had me fixed up and back on the road before I got off work that afternoon. They were very polite and didn't over charge like most shops. Very reasonably priced.
I was traveling for work and had an emergency car repair. These guys got me in and had me back on the road the next day! Thanks so much for your fast, professional service!
