Went to rob for services needed passed everything he had to do with no problems. Kept asking for the paperwork so I could take care of what I had to. Was told to come back on certain days I did. But it was never ready. Called. Left messages. Been doing this for over 6 months I stop by when I can during hours. No one there. Was told by him that he was a Nazarene also. Have been calling and leaving voicemails for over a month trying to get in touch with someone. Pretty ridiculous the lengths one has to go to get in touch with someone from this company, just for a piece of paper. No semblance of concern for how they can hold up an entire individual’s life, and amidst a pandemic no less.
