Yep won’t be doing loads with them anymore, took $450 from for breaking down, I made it to my delivery late but still in the same day, I’ve never had a broker do this even with a load 2 days late never deducted funds from me, literally fell $3500 negative with THEIR LOAD. And they top it off with $450 deduction that’s crazy
