Stuck with a load for 2 days. No detention no layover and we still have 7 pallets. No number at the company is responding. EDIT: To response from owner, I have the right company. Resuming on Monday, your rep sorted it all out and got the extra compensation we needed. He did also apologize and we are good. Though if you have different locations then it might be a different office.

I have shipment coming from out of state that I needed shipped to Houston. It has been a long process for me as my shipping crate from another company was on backorder for a month. (ugg) BlueGrace Logistics in Houston and their team member Sadina B. was very helpful and patient with me. She explained the whole process from shipment to arrival a month ago and then remembered me when I called back. That is great service!!! Thank you!
