Looks like we're not the only people that have had issues with them. We did a load with them and all they did was try to blame everybody else for the reason they will not pay for detention time. Some guy named Alec
How unfortunate seeing the rating at a low score. But it makes sense now ! I've been waiting for detention for over a week and they have not even responded to phone calls or emails. Do not do work with this broker they are absolute clowns.
After booking BlueGrace and paying for the shipment IN FULL & IN ADVANCE, their driver completely missed the delivery window to pick up my shipment, costing me thousands in rush fees to book with a new carrier. In addition, it's been 16 days and I still haven't gotten my refund from BlueGrace for the shipment they missed. Save your time and money!

Carriers stay away from them. Short and late payment No response if you call Or email them. Once you book load broker will be out of reach broker’s assistance will take over and they don’t able to help if there is issue. Then they will make excuse to deduct for no tracking. Even dispatch sent them Multiple screen shots of tracking still they deduct. Complaint email sent to CEO no response.
