Worthless company that doesn’t answer calls. Avoid at all cost.
Looks like we're not the only people that have had issues with them. We did a load with them and all they did was try to blame everybody else for the reason they will not pay for detention time. Some guy named Alec
How unfortunate seeing the rating at a low score. But it makes sense now ! I've been waiting for detention for over a week and they have not even responded to phone calls or emails. Do not do work with this broker they are absolute clowns.
After booking BlueGrace and paying for the shipment IN FULL & IN ADVANCE, their driver completely missed the delivery window to pick up my shipment, costing me thousands in rush fees to book with a new carrier. In addition, it's been 16 days and I still haven't gotten my refund from BlueGrace for the shipment they missed. Save your time and money!
