We got a gas log fire place installed by these people 5 years ago and from the beginning we’ve had nothing but trouble with it. Cost us a lot of money $$$$$$$ and we never got any of the initial problems fixed. It should have been replaced but they gave us the run around, did not return calls. Was the worst service you could get. 5 years later and we are already looking at getting it replaced. Waste of money we worked hard for to get it. So disappointing. Don’t go with them.
They were great to work with, on time and we had no troubles with this company. We got 3 quotes and they were competive with the other companies. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a flued gas heater installed
All the 5 Stars Google Review are about new installation. Think about service after the first pay. It is painful.
