Apparently, they're no longer in business. I had a great experience with them about a year ago so I didn't hesitate to call when my water heater went out a couple of weeks ago. I'm not sure why their website is still up with no notice but my call to the Rancho Cucamonga Bluefrog was routed to Bluefrog in Orange county and the dispatcher didn't inform me of this.
