I had good experience with them
During a recent windstorm a neighbor's huge cottonwood tree came down right on top of our propane tank. We called Blue Flame and they immediately came out to check our tank. The representative went so far as to check our furnace pilot light after the gas was turned back on. Can't say enough about how responsive they were. I would add that our regular delivery drivers are always courteous and in tune with their customers needs.

The woman who answers the phone is incredibly rude and disrespectful everytime we have had to call. We are switching companies along with our families in the area who have the same issue due to her extreme lack of professionalism. Their only concern is to swipe your card
