Chad came and supplied and estimate and PROMPTLY came to pick up a 50% deposit. 6 months later, and after every excuse from Covid to blaming suppliers and even his own family, we took him to small claims court. He was ordered to pay back the deposit plus court costs. 6 more months later, still have not gotten a dime back from this man. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!

He quit my job of resurfacing my pool in the middle after spending all of the money I gave him on other jobs and personal expenses. I had to finish the job using other contractors. Don’t give this man any money unless the work is finished first!
Hired Chad last year and gave him 50% deposit. In all fairness to him, we ordered a tile he didn't want to install, so we accepted responsibility and were going to hire our own tile person to install. This tile took months to arrive and we had to order it through Chad. We are not sure he was really checking up on it, but we did finally receive it. When Chad delivered the tile, he told us he would start our job the following week. The one thing I insisted on was that he start the job when he is able to finish. I'd rather wait... read more
Resurfaced our pool. Won’t return calls since he received final payment. Never showed when he said he would. Didn’t fix a missed spot that needed grouting, put in new pump and didn’t show us how to use it, didn’t replace pool light that worked before he took it out.
