They are great! We expected them to come on Friday to complete repairs and they showed up a day ahead fixed our issues and our pool looks great!
This company is AMAZING!! We were trying to find a new pool company because our old one was no showing and not communicating. We heard good things about this group and have been impressed with the first call to inquire about service. Communication is great, service is extraordinary, and the pool has never looked better!! We are local to Wills Point / Edgewood Texas. Used Bluefire pools for 3 years to support the in-ground pool we have almost 20,000 gallons. The owners (Becky and Justin) are very nice, easy to talk to and reasonable on prices. They know all about chemical balances and best techniques to keep your pool clean and clear.
I asked for a simple drain and wipe-down of a 14ft above-ground pool with **1 inch** of water left. They quoted $400, cash, $425 card… which is far above what other companies charge for this 90 minute basic job. As a first-time pool owner, which I made them aware of - I felt they tried to take advantage of my inexperience. I wouldn’t recommend them. There’s a good reason they only have 3.5 stars.
Great people to work with ! Always honest and never overcharges only does what is needed and does it Well! I would reccomend them to anyone.
