Left a detailed voicemail about a wire that is loose and not sure where it should connect to in a bathroom fan/led light. Responded in reasonable time, said booked out for several months. This company installed the electrical part for our house, ask if they could advise on a light that went out about connecting a few wires. Woman said I need to call a different electrician and pay full price. Took her advice and fortunately a different business took 5 minutes out of their day to resolve the issue for no charge.
I cannot speak for workmanship; but they responded quickly with estimate. Payment terms require 100% up front payment of estimate prior to be scheduled for work and 10% non-refundable if customer cancels. They we're very transparent with this. Unfortunately, these are payment terms I cannot accept. Contractors should never be paid in full up front and at least a net 5 payment term to give the consumer time to assess work.
