My wife and I just had a wonderful experience at Bluefin. We were greeted and seated very welcoming. We were unsure of what to order and the gentleman behind us noticed and said he would prepare for us an array of different dishes. Well we were served absolutely outstanding dishes. Visually all were beautiful. All dishes were explained to us. I mentioned that one day I will master using chopsticks. Moments later waitstaff presented us with clips for our chop sticks. Brilliant! Always an amazing experience and a head chef that loves what he does. You cant beat a place where the head chef genuinely seems to be having fun making the food
