ordered two miso soups and a shrimp tempura roll to go, it was $30 talk about over priced , then I checked the bag before I paid, I was missing a soup and the roll was supposed to be toped with masago... lets just say it hardly had any masago on it, when I asked the chef for more masago he became confrontational so for that I give the service 1 star not to mention I had to wait 5 minutes for the host to show up for me to pay for my food. The staff is always super understanding educated and friendly about my eating restrictions ( I have celiac disease) I love their sushi and have never felt symptomatic after eating!
Exceptional experience top to bottom. Cheers to the 2 Brothers who work so hard out in the open to make it all work. I highly recommend the Thai Shrimp on Endive appetizer. So good I took a second one home with me. The friend who was with me is a Foodie who recently took a trip to Singapore & Viet Nam. He said the food at Blue Fin was Comparable to the Best Food he had on that trip! Even better when you don't have to fly 18 hours each way to get there!
