I haven't been to the store - but I just ordered a hard-to-find yarn online from them, and it was shipped (at least the status changed and I was sent a usps tracking number) 10 minutes after I placed the order. AMAZING! Looking forward to getting this yarn and if I venture from Chicago to West Virginia I'll have to stop in!
