Front desk lady. Needs some schooling on how interact with people. Not friendly. When we went in. Actually seemed put out. We were even there. Actually kinda rude. The nurses were very attentive. The NP was awesome. Although, my husband was left in waiting room. When he could not breathe. I’m not a medical professional. So I won’t judge that decision. Scary as it was. Waiting for PET Scan was forever.
Here with my wife. Excessive wait to get vitals taken even though we were 2 of 5 people in the waiting room and she was continuously vomiting in a container bought from home the whole time. Straight to a room after the vitals were taken but no rush getting blood drawn or anything to start running tests. Her heart rate kept dropping below 50 which is in the red but that didn't seem to factor in much either.
