They usually are rude for no reason. I talk with a pleasant voice and I get a grouchy response in almost every interaction. I wonder why someone higher up doesn’t fix this? Perhaps they don’t monitor the phone calls for quality concerns? Accountability would help the public access programs without unnecessary grumpiness.
I love Rhonda and Tabatha they treat everyone equally! Great people!!
Rhonda was so rude when I tried to speak to her about a personal matter she hung up in my face. She favorite people who she likes and talk about other people behind their backs. She also let people have guns which is a violation.
This place is a wonderful place nice environment and thr staff that work this place are very understanding helpful and the most sweetest people
