BFS Painting services & Chimney Cleaning Service in Bluefield, WV sent someone out yesterday to fix a crack in the crown on my chimney. They replaced the damaged part and sealed it up real good. Took just a couple hours and no mess left behind. The crew was quick and knew what they were doing, which was nice. It’s been working great since then with no leaks or anything and cleaned my fire place too. Didn’t expect it to go that smooth honestly. Big thanks to Safe Chimney for sorting it out fast!

Didn’t have the option for 0 stars, this place was happy to take a appointment and gather address and info for the job, the day of the appointment and 3 hours after the time they said they would be here no one showed up and calling does not work, no one answers seems like an unsure company the lady making the schedule didn’t seem to know a lot of what was going on during the initial appointment set up.
