Orton was so professional and friendly! He really went out of his way to make sure our family and home was safe from anything that could happen in the fireplace. His drone pictures were informative and he was so neat and clean inside the house. He has a wonderful attitude about his job and the people that he meets. Like another reviewer stated the technician never showed up and never called even after I called his answering service to verify that he took cash, etc. that same day about a half an hour before the appointment. Maybe this is the fault of the answering service.
