Would love to share details on the service but never even got a quote from the alleged amazing sales team here. Gave all the information asked for and heard nothing but excuses on why i hadn’t received a quote for about two months straight. and don’t get me started on the lack of communication at all when i would kindly ask for an update.
I would never use these people to repair or replace a window. It has been over 4 weeks replacing a window pane. The first time they measured the window size wrong and today while replacing the window pane they broke the trim on the window. Terrible job and poor customer service. The installer boss is unable to perform the required work. Go else where for windows.
