I would never use these people to repair or replace a window. It has been over 4 weeks replacing a window pane. The first time they measured the window size wrong and today while replacing the window pane they broke the trim on the window. Terrible job and poor customer service. The installer boss is unable to perform the required work. Go else where for windows.

I ordered a replacement glass for my Buck Stove fireplace door. The old one was cracked and my husband planned to change it out himself. It was cheaper than replacing the whole door and they no longer had the style of door I liked. Long story short, my husband couldn’t back the screws out, one broke off.
