From the time of initial application approval the process and move in have been nothing but positive and seamless, any questions or concerns I am able to quickly reach out to someone with a prompt response. They have made sure that everything I needed was available on move in day, from garage opener to amenities fog, and filters for the home are delivered with no delay, I would definitely recommend Bluefax property management for your next home rental.
We are extremely happy with BlueFax. The entire application process was fast. The staff is very friendly. They respond to messages if not same day, then within 24 hrs. They answered every question we had thoroughly. Maintenance requests are also handled in a timely matter. John and Kurumi are so kind and attentive. This is our first rental property with BlueFax, and we have had the best experience. We highly recommended BlueFax.
Very helpful and great place to rent from.
So far so good, in the 9months, you have been awesomely good.
