I ordered the hydraulic cable cutters for work we are doing. One of the shear pins broke due to over use. Mind you I have very little mechanical skills and I know zero when it comes to hydraulics. Joe was extremely helpful and patient with me with all of the text messages, photos and calls I was throwing at him.
