It’s too bad that there isn’t a a zero rating. I have been in an ongoing dispute with Highmark which has lasted 18 months so far and I finally handed it over to a third party to resolve. Through months of conversations and misinformation, I was finally was given the right information. Initially, my insulin pumps were covered under durable equipment with no co-pay.
