This insurance is the absolute worst! Specifically Blue Cross Blue Shield Bluecare side. Do not trust them to be honest and not try to hide things. They pick and choose when they want to follow the law and do not verify things before moving forward with things against members. They are corrupt and discriminatory towards men. Especially fathers. This has to be the worst insurance out there. They refuse to pay for prescriptions because their opinion is their other medication will work when I have already taken the other and it didn't help. Just a scam. No wonder City of Memphis uses them.
I got my food card from you but I never got my insurance card yet so now I have no insurance thanks alot I hope I get it before I go to the Dr's next week or worse have to go to the hospital with a heart attack
I would 100% give a negative if I could. We get to the emergency room with my wife and they start treatment only to come in and inform us that according to our insurance plan, we are not covered EVEN FOR EMERGENCIES at this hospital. They gave us the option to continue treatment but now we are stuck with unexpected bills and a $2000/month insurance premium that seems to not cover when you actually need them.
