I have received an account from Blue Care and which account has been cancelled. I phoned Blue Care to try and speak to someone about this error, phone rang and rang, a robot answered and gave me options I needed to do to take the next step to speak to someone. (none of the options describe my issue') I pressed any key to get to the next step and was answered after about 5 minutes by a robot telling me all the rubbish 'your call is important to us etc. etc.' so I waited on the line to speak with a 'consultant', unfortunately ... read more
