My mum has had in home care with Blue Care Coolum and it was very disappointing. Carers (always changing - you'd never know who was coming) would regularly be many hours early and sometimes many hours late - usually without the consideration of a phone call. Both my mum and I found the attitude at Blue Care very disrespectful - not in terms of being rude on the phone or while at her home - but in terms of their basic understanding of the dignity of another human who has a life - even when they are old.
