Today I had my second shower assist with the lovely Amy, my first was with Sandy, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. So respectful and both ladies put me at complete ease and left me with my dignity.
My father passed away just over a month ago and his bond refund has not been forwarded back into the bank account. I phoned the Nazarene Aged Care and they said that I needed to talk to residential services. Both times I have called, there was no-one answering the phone. Where has this bond refund gone? I know that there are time delays, but I was told it would be back in his account within 28 days. Not happy, because Mum had to go into secure dementia, so we need to fund out where Dads bond is.
Great friendly staff that want to help and really do care.
