From our initial appointment to our final visit we can only say that everyone involved were great. There was a whole team of people involved for wrapping the house, a new heating system installed and the attic insulated. Everyone involved were very professional, helpful, friendly and excellent at what the did. They were all very polite and very respectful of our home. One of their team came out to our house to check for an insulation job. The staff member drilled through a single brick wall even though they were instructed not to drill there and drilled through causing damage not only to the wall but to items stored in our garage on the other side of the wall. Called their team about it, was told that Rachel would call me back and it’s been over two months and I’ve not been able to get anyone. Not the level of customer service I’d expect.
We had 16 solar panels, inverter, 2 duracell batteries, and iboost placed in June 25. The price was very competitive, and the quality of the hard materials swung it. However, the company is only as good as its workers. The roofers and the elections were absolutely fantastic. Very courteous, competent, and the workmanship was neat tidy and of an exceptional quality. Based in Lurgan , I would highly recommend
Just had solar panels installed through blue build. The process was very quick and efficient. The team went through everything and the installers were great. Whole process took less than a fortnight from enquiring to finishing.
Just got PV Panels installed by BlueBuild and I can say that the staff were very efficient and courteous from the planning to the actual installation. Samantha was knowledgeable and helpful, the electricians and roof installers were very efficient and tidy and I generally had a great experience with this firm!. Well done!.
