If I could leave NO STARS I would. When it comes to anything removable- do nottttt use this lab. They put cases on hold without telling you, when you call them they have no idea why the cases are on hold, half of them will tell you it’s in production, the other half will say it’s been on hold for weeks?? They do not document when we call regarding cases, they leave no trail behind for the next tech that handles the case, they just keep sitting there saying “well this is the first I’ve heard of it”… ??
