Chef CJ made our post-wedding brunch a remarkable experience for our guests. The apple pie French toast is still being talked about among our friends. From set up to cooking to clean up all our expectations were exceeded. The food was excellent and we loved the menu choices available. We had a gluten free option among all the yummy choices we offered our guests. I’ve already given Chef CJ’s contact info to a friend and highly recommend him.
Chef CJ’s services were incredible! We had a party of 16 and he and Chef JK did a perfect job. The food was so delicious I was actually sad because I became full and couldn’t finish every last bite. Everyone was raving about the food and I was so thankful because I was the only vegetarian and CJ was able to accommodate me with a delicious dinner. My group and I were blown away with how amazing Chef CJ was. His food was truly the best food I have eaten in my entire life!! You will not regret this experience. This is the type of experience that every single person will remember the rest of their entire lives. Thank you SO much! 10/10!!
CJ was very personable and the food was excellent. They take care of everything so you can relax. Overall a good experience and I can tell this company takes a lot of pride in what they do. Highly recommend the Sea Bass and Short Ribs.
Fantastic experience using BlueBowie Chef services over the weekend for my dad’s surprise birthday dinner party. CJ was easy to work with, experienced, and hit it out of the park for us. The menu options provided were great and CJ helped to craft a dinner our family raved about. If you’re in the Phoenix area, BlueBowie is the gold standard! The crab cakes, lamb chops and sea bass were amazing!!!!
