Nastacia at Bluebonnet weight loss has been the best! Super flexible with my appointments when needed. The program really works when you stick to it! I have lost over 20lbs so far and feel great! The only thing I would recommend is to add a little more accountability for clients. I’m definitely one to make excuses and can always use the extra accountability!
