Adam was very helpful and transparent when it came to dealing with my insurance company that had been giving me the run around up until I contacted Bluebonnet. He kept me in the loop with the step by step process, answered any questions I had along the way and made sure my concerns were heard. Bluebonnet came out and handled my roof replacement. They were diligent in working around some abnormal requirements due to my home having a very large solar array. I appreciate their patience and attention to detail. They were able to find some extra areas of concerns that were uncovered during the removal of the old shingles.
Did the roof for my mom’s house, they did amazing work and made the process seamless for my mom. Highly recommend
Eric from Bluebonnet R&R came by to look a the project. Said he’d get back to me in 2-4 days. Never heard back. It’s now been 4 weeks and not a word. Texted them once a week ago and got no response. Complete waste of time!
