Service Department is atrocious. If you want your vehicle repaired in an alley, under a bridge, or a third world country, Bluebonnet has the staff and facilities to accommodate you. Service advisors are inept, will not update you, make excuses, and flat out lie to you. More specifically, Colby and Chris. Cannot believe Stellantis allows this place to bear its name. Looking forward to your call Renee! Will photos of their Service Department shortly.
Great service, great Service Advisor. Tiny, OLD facility. Limited customer parking is weird along the street.
The service was timely. The service people were friendly and willing to work with me on cost. A loaner was offered and provided when the service was estimated to take longer.
