Dr. Garcia is an amazing pediatrician, and we are so grateful for her care. My children have been seeing her since they were born, and she has always been attentive, patient, and compassionate. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and never rushes through appointments, making sure my kids feel comfortable and safe in her care. This has been a nightmare to get my kids seen here in my opinion probably the most incompetent dr. office I've ever encountered. They want your children to take every vaccine no questions asked.
Dr.Garcia has always been unprofessional. She's been petty and shady since the day I called her out for calling CPS on me with false accusations claiming I was neglecting my son. . I told Garcia I get anxiety driving downtown SA that I will be waiting for my partner to get home to take me and my son to the Childrens hospital so that we arrive safely. SHE said she DIDNT CARE. Great group of doctors! Unfortunately, the way things are run did not fit our needs. - They close the office a lot more than you would think. They send a text out letting you know the office will be closed Friday for xyz reason. - The “billing department” sends out 1 bill a quarter (I have yet to see). If you owe anything you don’t know, until they call you at 4pm the last day of the month letting you know if you don’t make payment you will be charged a late fee. - There are no visit notes available.
