I went there to have molar pulled. Then I had to wait 3 months for an implant. We'll 3 months turned into 9 months. 3 surgeries only to be told the bone is not hard enough to input the implant. The last surgery was a mess. Dr. Jackson made my gum bleed severely. I will never go back again. Dr. Jackson needs to retire. Since then I found a new dental Doctor to input my implant without any issues.
would not recommend for tooth removal!! front desk lady, Lisa was very pleasant as well as doctor jackson! however, the nurses assisting were far from professional . my first consultation appointment a nurse had me do a panoramic x - ray. went over to the machine and she said to me “i told you to remove you earrings” in a very snappy tone. while she may have said it i clearly didn’t hear her. come the day of my appointment for my wisdom teeth removal, i arrived 30 minutes early like the paperwork stated for my 2pm apt (the l... read more
First time ever getting oral surgery extractions and was very scared. Everyone was so nice and patient and made me comfortable. But the recovery was amazing I didn’t feel a thing and healed quickly with no complications.

The front desk dropped the ball on an opening that became available on a cancellation. I took the day off of work, as did my husband to be able to drive me after surgery. Lisa, front desk lady, didn’t tell anyone when she left early on Monday, that they gave my appointment to someone else. It was an emergency, I get it. The apology was “I’m sorry there was a misunderstanding”. That’s not a “real” apology. Take accountability and just say sorry, it was my fault, I dropped the ball on this one. She could have had someone call ... read more
