Sales and service were/are excellent!
I usually give this dealership a 5 star rating. However, this time around, it seemed that the communication was lacking. My vehicle was there for over 2 weeks. Most of the communication received on updates, were due to my initiation. I'm not sure if the service advisor was overwhelmed with clients, but communication this time, was lacking.
Giovanni was excellent!! He was professional, went through all my options and was fun to work with. Go see him for your car sales needs!! Sean in financing was also excellent. He took my previous “not so nice guy” experience from 3 years ago and made up for it ten fold!
So far my experience with them has been great. Waiting on parts. A bit surprised that parts take so long.
