I had a good experience with the service department at Bluebonnet Lincoln in New Braunfels, TX. The staff was professional and communicated with politeness during several phone conversations concerning my third party warranty. All was resolved and warranty was accepted. My car was returned to my home freshly washed. I would definitely recommend the Bluebonnet service department.
