Here's the problem: HOA dues should be used to keep the pool area nice. No umbrellas, broken umbrellas, no tables. They should be replacing these broken things. The pool area is pathetic. 4 years ago there were lots of umbrellas, tables , side tables etc.... Now nothing. Who is in charge of this?
