I dropped my car off at Bluebonnet Ford/Lincoln on June 18th after waiting almost 2 weeks from the time I scheduled the appointment to the actual appointment date. I unfortunately was assigned to Steven Tovar as my service advisor who from the get go had a negative attitude about "why" I brought my car there, since it purchased from another dealership.
