Never in my life have I been released from ANY PHYSICIAN for misconduct or attitude, if -0 was a option that’s what Dr Paula would get pure unprofessional just pure arrogance to say the things about a patient that never ever ever never did or say to the staff. I am so sorry Dr Benjamin left this office and left it in the hands of this person she is just so sneaky to send a letter in the mail that I never got, she didn’t even have the decency to talk in person about the situation just went off pure speculation!!! Got a weird call. The doctor is starting some sort of VIP membership that costs thousands of dollars (out of pocket, not covered by insurance). If you don't join this "MD VIP" then you will have to find another provider. And, if you do join, you will still be billed for checkups and visits. It's insulting to have a doctor ask for you to pay extra for the privilege of seeing him/her. Before that, everything seemed pretty good quality...but not that good of quality.
The doctor and his staff are by far very caring and takes their time with you and always provided the best patient care. They don't rush you out of the door. They are truly concerned about your welfare. You will not be disappointed.
