Horrible service and customer support.
I am very impressed with their outage responses so far. Usually takes them less than an hour to restore power. Longest I've had to wait was a few hours during the ice storm.
150,000 without power in Austin this morning. 2023 ice storm. THANK YOU !!! I live in Bluebonnet Acres in cedar Creek Y'all trimmed the limbs around wires last summer in my hood We have electricity !!
