Awful service. Disconnects without notice and does not allow a functional autopay feature. Figures for a company that is monopolized.
Terrible service, spoke with Sarah Webber and she chairmaned the rude behavior, focusing more on her seniority over actually finding a solution to the matter, stating she is too high up to handle basic tasks multiple times through the call and easily frustrated when answering simple questions, went out of her way to be as useless as possible outside of offering "courtesy" protocol. Unfortunately if you live in their area there is nothing you can do since they have a monopoly in the rural areas. But if you like me, have no choice - you should know that their payment options are unclear. They give you the option for later payment dates then shut off electricity and give you a $110 reinstatement fee. Had I have known that I would've paid in full at an earlier date. I have to believe the confusion is intentional. Because why not when you have no other competition you can do whatever you want.
We move in not even two months ago. New homeowner and dad. I forgot to set autopay. This wonderful company bill me over 100 us dolars To reconect for first time that happed.what a scam. And no other option for a diferent provider so stuck with this damm cooperative crap. Glad to know I'm not the only one that dislikes this conpany. Hey! bkuebonnet don't write back I don't care for your responses. Make a change and be reasonable with your customers and change this Eye Gouging tactics. Good day.
