Kim is a great therapist and was great with my daughter I have no issues with her. I had to reschedule my daughter’s appointment a couple of times due to personal issues I spoke with Brittney in front desk and she did not work with me at all as far as scheduling. I asked if she had any afternoon appointments and she said no only morning which my daughter couldn’t do because of school so she told me that I had to be removed from the program because there was no availability for me anymore. Marina and Kim are outstanding working with kiddos, families with past an present trauma. They are very understanding to the parents as well as the children's perspective.

My daughter saw Marina for well over a year and was ghosted by her, not once but twice. My child is a young teenager, she is highly unprofessional and I had to call her to see what was going on and got told oh whoops we forgot. The second time she stopped contacting my daughter, my daughter was heartbroken and we gave up. Would NOT recommend at all, while they do listen, they will ghost you after a while.

I talked to Brittany yesterday and after taking all my personal and insurance info and talk to my insurance, she sent me a link to create an account on their portal and she booked me an appointment at 8 am 2 days later. She promised me to talk to Maria and see of she can see me in the afternoon in the future as that works better with my work schedule. Marina Montez is professional, however she still genuinely cares for her patients. She is very understanding and a great therapist. She becomes a key aspect in the persons life. She has helped many people overcome their troubles. 100% would recommend.
