My daughter saw Marina for well over a year and was ghosted by her, not once but twice. My child is a young teenager, she is highly unprofessional and I had to call her to see what was going on and got told oh whoops we forgot. The second time she stopped contacting my daughter, my daughter was heartbroken and we gave up. Would NOT recommend at all, while they do listen, they will ghost you after a while.
I talked to Brittany yesterday and after taking all my personal and insurance info and talk to my insurance, she sent me a link to create an account on their portal and she booked me an appointment at 8 am 2 days later. She promised me to talk to Maria and see of she can see me in the afternoon in the future as that works better with my work schedule. Marina Montez is professional, however she still genuinely cares for her patients. She is very understanding and a great therapist. She becomes a key aspect in the persons life. She has helped many people overcome their troubles. 100% would recommend.
Had my first visit today via zoom. Maria was amazing and I can’t wait to see how the rest of my sessions go.
