I went in to pick up my vechical, no one walk me thru the repair and my vechical has additional damage. After paying the deductible they just gave me the keys and sad it's in the parking lot!!
Work was done very professionally. Delay on getting clips cost a few more days in rental but was kept informed.
The problem was taking care of but I discovered an area of damage that I didn’t mention because I sure it would have been denied to have happened at your facility.
Stefanie was the best. Kept us updated all the time.
